3. AI & automation outputs

Trutera X builds and demonstrates AI agents and automation. Outputs produced by AI systems, including any interactive demos on the Site, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and should always be reviewed by a competent human before being relied upon.

Any metrics, figures, dashboards, or sample results shown in demonstrations are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed or actual performance.

4. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including (to the maximum extent permitted by law) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Trutera X will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising from your access to, use of, or reliance on the Site or its content. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This is in addition to the limitations set out in our Terms of Service.

The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

7. VAT status

Trutera X (TRUTERA X (PTY) LTD) is not currently a registered VAT vendor, and therefore no VAT is charged on our fees. Should we become liable to register for VAT, we will update this notice and apply VAT at the prevailing rate.

8. Governing law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Cape Division of the High Court (Cape Town). Our handling of personal information is governed by POPIA as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Who we are

Trutera X is the trading name of TRUTERA X (PTY) LTD, CIPC registration number 2026/379872/07, a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa.
